Mazizi Njokweni joins PhilTech Business Academy As Business Executive
(Cape Town – South Africa) Following the major restructure of the organization, the board of PhilTech Business Academy appointed Mazizi Njokweni as the new head of the company’s business development. Mr. Njokweni, a good friend of founder Michael C. Fanning will be leading the company’s growth and ensuring the educational institution mainly addresses the needs of the South African youth, as far as unemployment is concerned. He is a savvy entrepreneur with a heart dedicated to uplift the underserved communities across South Africa.
Mazizi Njokweni was born in Bekkersdal township in the West of Johannesburg province South Africa. Is an entrepreneur, social activist, researcher,author, voice of the youth & health practitioner.
Mazizi Njokweni is a well articulated writer who has collaborated & published medical articles in his profession. He completed his degree in podiatry medicine science from the university of Johannesburg. From humble beginnings like so many South Africans born into a life of poverty from his teens he started selling candy, lollipops to his high school mates into his early adulthood he sold alcohol beverages in his community as means of survival.
With no single blood drop of entrepreneurship in his family tree. Mazizi has had great achievements with his former business partners of the MBco mobile clinic Enterprise in winning the national Business Partners SME entrepreneurship competition, and went as far as being in the Top 10 SAB kick start finalist top however the company got dissolved. His relentless drive to thrive and prosper led him to establish two businesses Osetech Pty Ltd which focuses on software development & communication and his private practice.
He is a regular participant in the world youth forum (WYF in Egypt) where he engaged with other aspiring entrepreneurs discussing wide range of topics affecting the youth in Africa & providing solutions entrepreneurship being one of the main topics. This is where he met with founder and Chairman of PhilTech Business Academy, Michael C. Fanning in Aswan (Egypt) during the Arab & African Youth Platform under the auspices of His Excellency Abdul Fattah El-sisi, in 2019.
There is no denying that with his driven character , a mission to impact communities with entrepreneurship skills, a positive mental attitude, a resilient leadership skills, and sheer ferocity in approaching life… He is destined for greater heights, which he will be reaching as the head of business development at PhilTech Business Academy.
